Silver Cross Hospital located in New Lenox, IL has been a job like no other for one important reason.....SAFETY. As you enter the site, it is no secret that the GC as well as Kole Construction has made it a number one priority to keep safety on the minds at all times. Billboards posted, signage throughout the site, neon shirts, gloves, hardhats, and glasses are the must have items for the job site.

Beyond silver cross, Kole makes sure that all other job sites are at the same level of care as this particular one has been. Kole is at an all time low in the construction field in the classification of safety, and with Nick DiNigris on our team that number keeps decreasing. As our safety manager, Nick decided there are a few additions necessary to push the envelope in the world of safety. A program was established that consists of three main ingredients. Job site visits, new safety training for employees (OSHA, CPR), and the weekly safety tip distributed to all employees. The amount of effort put into the program has made it possible for Kole to take pride in safety, and will continue to dominate in that area.

This year marks Kole Constructions 20th anniversary! As excited as the company is to celebrate in this achievement, many in the industry may or may not know that we have been strong in the field of commercial carpentry for over 2 decades and are continuing to stay strong. Specializing in metal studs, light gage framing, trusses, wall panels, and the newest addition to the list; plastering, we have taken pride in the quality of service we have provided to our customers, as well as maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship in the field.
